Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
Website Design & Development Services:
- If a project has not been started and you wish to cancel the service, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be offered depending on the amount of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued once the final delivery of the project has been made or after approval of the design by the client.
Digital Marketing Services:
- For monthly marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media management), refunds will not be provided once the month’s service has commenced.
- If a prepaid plan has been purchased, a prorated refund may be offered for the unused portion of the services upon written request.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom services such as branding, logo design, and one-time consultancy sessions are non-refundable once the initial drafts or consultation have been delivered.
- Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as hosting, domain registration, or software fees) are non-refundable.
- Payments made for training, workshops, or consultations are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit your request via email to info@pizeonfly.com, stating the reason for the refund and providing relevant details about the service.
- We will review your request within 5 business days of receipt and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
- Upon approval of the refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the processing time will depend on your payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. However, processing times may vary based on the payment provider or banking institution.
6. Changes to Services
If you wish to change the scope of your project after payment has been made, no refund will be provided for the previous agreement. Any changes may require additional payment based on the updated service scope.
7. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their services at any time. However, refunds will only be provided under the circumstances outlined in this policy. Any ongoing subscriptions or recurring services must be canceled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
